Are riverside areas in Zaporizhzhya becoming more attractive despite the commute tradeoff?

Open space and river views carry real appeal in Zaporizhzhya, but not everyone wants the extra travel time that can come with them. Are more people valuing that breathing room now, or does practical access still win out?
