Where would you send a newcomer for one evening in Zhengzhou?

If a newcomer only had one evening to understand Zhengzhou, where would you send them? Not a checklist, just one area to walk slowly, grab something simple, and watch the street change from late afternoon to night. I keep thinking about Erqi, Guancheng, and the stretch near Zhengdong New Area.
