Which part of Changchun feels most real after 9 pm?

Which part of Changchun feels most like the real city after 9 pm? Not the postcard version, the everyday one. Some people say Chaoyang, others swear by Jingyue or the blocks near People's Square. I mean the places where people actually linger and keep talking.
