Where would you send a newcomer for one evening in Hefei?

If a newcomer only had one evening to understand Hefei, where would you send them? Not a checklist, just one area to walk slowly, grab something simple, and watch the street change from late afternoon to night. I keep thinking about Baohe, Binhu, and the stretch near Swan Lake.
