Vilnius base: Uzupis or Naujamiestis?

If you were staying in Vilnius for a week, would you base yourself in Uzupis, Naujamiestis, or somewhere quieter like Antakalnis? I want good morning coffee, easy evening walks, and enough local life that the area does not feel staged.
