Where do you actually sit with a laptop in Cairo now?

A lot of Cairo cafes look promising for twenty minutes and then the music goes up or the Wi-Fi disappears. Which places around Maadi, Downtown, or New Cairo still work for a proper laptop session without constant side-eye?
