Lagos, Nigeria has about 16,000,000 people. Around transit, the pressure feels a lot more real lately and the pressure is easy to notice in daily life. Is this now a real everyday problem for the city, or are people just talking about it louder?

If tickets rise again, more people default back to cars. Cycling would win more people if routes felt safer.
