Long Biên is an urban district of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The district currently has 14 wards, covering a total area of 59.82 square kilometres (23.10 sq mi). As of 2019, there were 322,549 people residing in the district, the population density is 5,400 inhabitants per square kilometer.
